1. The Tiananmen Square could be closed due to special events then you will walk around to have a look.

2. It's required to book the The Tian’anmen Square at least one day before although it is free.
   

3. The Forbidden City is not open on Monday. The tickets booking is available 7 days before and could be hard to book in the weekend and public holiday like the National Day and the Chinese New Year.

4. It is highly suggested to book the Forbidden City ticket in advance by providing name and passport number since limited tickets are released each day.
