Xi'an is the capital of Shaanxi Province. the capital of 13 ancient China dynasties, it is one of the oldest cities in China, and the oldest of the Four Great Ancient Capitals,. Xi'an is the starting point of the Silk Road and played as a melting pot of cultures and religions of both eastern and western world. As the home to the Terracotta Army and countless ancient relics, the UNESCO listed Xian as the World Historical and Cultural City in 1981.

How to plan a trip?
Most people spend two or three days in Xi'an. The Must-sees include the incredible Terracotta Warriors, interesting Ancient City Wall, grand Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, lively Muslim Quarter and Shaanxi History Museum, etc. If you have more time, the Mountain Hua Shan and another ancient Luoyang is also amaizing.
One day trip: one day is enough to see the Terracotta Warriors, the city wall and the Mulsim Quarter when you don't have much time in Xi'an.

Some Important Things to Know Before Your Xi'an Trip
(1) Xian is suitable for travelling all year around while the best two periods of time to visit is March to June and mid-September to early November. (2) Xi'an can be arrived from the majority of Chinese cities by train, flight and highways easily. (3) Xi'an applies to the 240-Hour Transit Visa Exemption, but we advise you to apply for a China Tourist Visa (L Visa) before coming to China so that you can travel in a more secure and flexible way.
